OPEN ACCESS STATUS AND LICENSE
The publisher of the Journal "The Science of Physical Culture" - The State University of Physical Education and Sport of Moldova - regarding the Open Access of the journal, pronounce its decision public.

The Journal "The Science of Physical Culture" shall publish the articles on the own website www.scf.usefs.md simultaneously with editing of the current number of the journal in paper form (ISSN 1857-4114 - printing edition). Access to the online content of the journal currently is free, fast and permanent to every user of the international global network. This license allows others to distribute, remix, regulate, and create on the basis of your opera, even for commercial purpose, as long as they credit your opera. This is one of the most adaptable licenses that are provided. It is recommended for maximum dissemination and the use of the licensed opera Creative Commons (CC BY) "Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License".

Open Access Declaration
The Science of Physical Culture is an electronic publication with Open Access, subject to a double-recension process and free-of-charge online access. According to the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative, the users are "permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or create link to the full texts of articles.
"Open Access" allows to peer-reviewed research literature, to be freely available on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without any financial, legal, or technical barriers, other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet. The only constraint on reproduction or distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, is that we provide authors control on the integrity of their works and rights to be properly acknowledged and cited
The Open Access to the results of the scientific research is promoted, especially, by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), Berlin and Bethesda Initiatives. In Moldova, the state policy in the area of science and innovation is realized based on the Science and Innovation Code of the Republic of Moldova, adopted in 2004, which provides and guarantees the access to the scientific information.
The State University of Physical Education and Sport of Republic of Moldova, being the founder of The Science of Physical Culture Journal, promotes the Open Access policy and undertakes to offer access to this publication. The Science of Physical Culture Journal is a scientific edition with Open Access and an alternative for the publication and promotion of the scientific results in the area of physical culture and sport.
